The second day opened the Plenary of Grand Masters of CMSB, which began with the presentation of the agenda for committee discussion. The Grand Secretaries on Foreign Affairs took part in a seminar dedicated to them.
During the CMSB's Grand Masters Plenary was held the election of the new Secretary-General. For this function the candidates were Brother Sergio Gianordoli (Past Grand Master - Grand Lodge of Espirito Santo) and Brother Wanderley Valente.
